All Pleasura orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.
Your billing statement will appear as a neutral descriptor and will not mention intimate products.

During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Christmas), processing can take an extra day.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed.

🛑 Changing or Canceling Orders
Because we sell intimate wellness & personal care items, orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins.
If you need help, contact us right away — we’ll try to catch your order before it ships.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
Pleasura is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
However, we will gladly help you file a claim and support recovery.
🌍 International Shipping
Available to select countries.
Customs duties or local taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Because Pleasura sells intimate, personal, and hygiene-sensitive items, our return policy follows strict health and safety rules.

We can accept returns ONLY if all conditions below are met:

item is in original sealed packaging

return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
This applies to:

✔ sealed lubricants and oils
✔ unopened massage products
✔ wellness accessories in sealed packaging

Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

opened or used items

products without the original hygiene seal

lubricants, oils, cosmetics with broken seals

items damaged by misuse

“buyer’s remorse” after opening

🧾 Defective or Damaged Product
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working:

Attach a photo or short video
We will replace or refund it at no extra cost.
