📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

 


Pleasura is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

However, we will gladly help you file a claim and support recovery.

Returns & Refunds Policy

 


Because Pleasura sells intimate, personal, and hygiene-sensitive items, our return policy follows strict health and safety rules.

Eligible for Return (Within 30 Days)

 


We can accept returns ONLY if all conditions below are met:

 

  • item is unopened

  • item is in original sealed packaging

  • product has never been used

  • return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

 


This applies to:

✔ sealed vibrators

✔ unopened couples’ toys

✔ sealed lubricants and oils

✔ unopened massage products

✔ wellness accessories in sealed packaging

 


 

 

Not Eligible for Return

 


For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

 

  • opened or used items

  • products without the original hygiene seal

  • lubricants, oils, cosmetics with broken seals

  • items damaged by misuse

  • “buyer’s remorse” after opening

  • clearance items (final sale)

 

 


 

 

🧾 Defective or Damaged Product

 


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working:

 

  1. Contact us within 48 hours

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach a photo or short video

 


We will replace or refund it at no extra cost.

Once your return is approved and received:

 

  • Refund is issued to your original payment method
